(94/314) 2105881 - JCompiler Options NPE!!!

When I click on Plugins -> JCompiler -> JCompiler Options..., I get a NPE.

Then, when I click OK, I get a "Default service is not available" message.

When I click OK here I get another NPE.

I have attached a .doc file containing pics of the errors and messages. It is a two page document so you would need to scroll to the second page to see the last NPE received.

Am I possibly missing a plugin here?
